（中央社記者葉素萍台北4日電）總統馬英九與中國大陸領導人習近平7日在新加坡會面，前民主進步黨主席蘇貞昌今天表示，應堅持台灣主權地位、國家元首身分與公開透明民主程序。
蘇貞昌在社群網站臉書（facebook）貼文說，新民意將選出新總統，馬總統任期雖未屆滿，實質上已形同「看守總統」，加上民意調查長期低迷，不得國民信任，卻在此時執意和習近平會面，代表性嚴重不足，更缺乏必要性，極不妥當。
他說，馬總統上任以來，慣以黑箱作業模式推動與中國互動，迴避國會監督，踐踏民主程序，早已爆發社會強烈不滿，這次依然是在媒體披露後被動證實，更加深國民疑慮，凸顯兩岸監督體制不足。
蘇貞昌表示，嚴正要求馬總統立即向立法院完整報告，取得國會同意，在國民信任、國會監督情況下，兩岸領導人會面才有意義。1041104
